Fence Lake Properties, Inc operates a rental management service for the owners of Fence Lake Condominiums. What follows are our operating policies and rate structure.

Minimum Stay Policy
Five night minimum stay during high season (12/25/06 - 01/01/07 and 6/16/07 -
8/18/07
Coming and Going
Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM
Included with Your Unit
- Sheets, blankets and pillows
- 2 Sets Bath towels
- Kitchen towels
- You have access to the boat launch, swimming beach, dock facility, children's playground, and outdoor fire circle.
- Your unit offers a furnished kitchen including dishes, pots, pans, flatware, glasses, coffee mugs & maker, dishwasher and soap, and dish towels.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Fee (Deposit)
Less than a week stay = one night stay deposit
Week stay = 20% of total deposit
A credit card will be taken at time of reservation to confirm your reservation. We ask for the actual deposit to be sent by check.
Cancellations
If a reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to check-in, a
full refund will be issued to the customer. If a reservation
is cancelled within 30 days of check-in, the security
deposit will be forfeited. The security deposit can be
applied to another reservation that provided a stay within
90 days.
Mid -June to Mid -August and the week between Christmas
and New Years require a 5 day minimum stay in 4 units and a
7 day minimum stay Saturday to Saturday) in 1 unit. We offer
discounted rates in off season.
